Superb 1898 Miniature Starter / Sample Cannon On Cart w/ Pull - Brainerd, Minn.

Very nice period miniature / starter regatta cannon from Brainerd, Minnesota.
Plaque shows a date of December 25, 1898 - with the name Henry Peterson, and at bottom says Yours Truly, R.S. Strickland.
A unique feature is the name “Henry” cast into the barrel.
Cannon has solid iron wheels and a wrought iron pull arm that measures just over 25” inches long.
I’m unsure if the copper tag belongs to this piece - it is marked WMG #394.
Cannon itself measure 10 3/4” inches from barrel end to back of cart (not including the wrought iron hitch). Barrel itself measures 5 5/8” inches and is adjustable by the blockhead screw.
