This item is NEW - Open Box from Surplus storage in its original box.  It has been stored in climate controlled conditions and the product is unused and undamaged. The manufacturer's seal on the box is broken and there are some remnants of invisible tape on it, but otherwise the box is completely intact and in very good condition (see photos).  50 Count verified.
